  • What does physical therapy consist of?

Physical Therapy treatments may consist of a series of strengthening and stretching exercises, a variety of modalities such as ice, heat, ultrasound, cold laser, electric muscle stimulation, and sometimes even manipulating specific parts of the body all with the purpose of decreasing pain and inflammation, while improving mobility, range of motion, and restoring your physical function.

  • Is it just exercises?

A detailed treatment plan will be created based on the patient’s condition and abilities.
